What do you do in a Box Gym?

When you walk into a box gym for the first time, it might occur to you that it doesn't look like your regular commercial gym.

In fact, you might not think there's much there at all!

Many of us are used to being met with treadmills, cross trainers, and an array of fancy looking machines. So entering a box gym might feel a bit daunting and... vast.

Instead, you are met with plenty of squat racks, bumper plates, kettlebells, wall balls, dumbbells, rings, climbing ropes, rigs, resistance bands - and more!

Why? Because here at Extreme Conditioning, we focus on the fundamentals for optimal human and athletic performance - and we believe this equipment does it best.

Make no mistake - there is still plenty to do! The biggest difference is that this equipment takes up less space, so we have more room to train!
