Welcome to our beginner, introductory CrossFit class at Extreme Conditioning. If you want to start your journey into CrossFit this is the class for you.
Our coaches will teach you how to train safely and effectively and will motivate and encourage you to ensure you achieve your goals. The class will also provide you with the skills required to progress on to our more advanced CrossFit classes.
These sessions are suitable for you if you are a novice trainer or are new to CrossFit, by attending these sessions you can gauge where you are before attending our other sessions.
A Typical Class:
- Warm up
- Technique / Strength Work
- Introduction and completion of the ‘Workout of the Day’ (WOD)
- Cool down
