Our CrossFit classes are constantly varied and challenging. We aim in these sessions to make people stronger, faster, fitter and leaner.

As with all our sessions our coaches are on hand to guide you through the techniques and push and motivate you to progress.

A Typical Class:

  • Warm up
  • Technique / Strength Work
  • Introduction and completion of the ‘Workout of the Day’ (WOD)
  • Cool down
