Following on from the Evolution Program we are offering Strength and Conditioning sessions to youth athletes. This is more advanced training that can be made sports-specific to develop the athletic qualities of your child.
Youth Strength and Conditioning as grown in popularity over the years and will continue to do so, as the benefits to start training at a young age have a fantastic effect on physical development and sporting success
The Extreme Conditioning team have vast experience and knowledge on youth athlete development and provide a fun and safe environment for younger athletes
Sessions will be based around building strong foundations (see pyramid below) and working on different athletic motor skills
