We are a No Nonsense, Results Driven gym based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire specialising in class based group exercise and are the home of CrossFit Huddersfield. We welcome ALL levels of ability to our gym where there are no egos, no judgement and everyone is there for two reasons, to TRAIN and get RESULTS! 

Our classes are challenging, varied and highly rewarding, ranging from our beginner fitness and strength classes to our advanced high intensity sessions.

Our Experienced and highly qualified trainers are renowned for their results. Our Trainers at Extreme Conditioning specialise in areas such as strength and fitness, CrossFit, body transformation, weight loss, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics and sports rehabilitation.


If you are under 18 then you can still train at Extreme Conditioning. We will get your fitness journey started and ensure you work safely and effectively.

If you are under 15 our Extreme Evolution class gives you structured programs run throughout the year in 6 week blocks. This class is suitable for 6-14 year olds.
