Aimed at setting foundations and building a strong well rounded young athlete for sport and health.

We will teach fundamental movements, play skill based games, to make a fun safe and effective training environment.

The sessions are based around training hard, learning and having fun.

The program will develop your child to increase whole body strength, power, balance, co-ordination and landing mechanics.

The program will aid in your child's health and sporting performance and give them a positive attitude to training in the gym environment.
