Scenario... You enter the gym, you are placed into your teams, you are given your "PURSUIT" and GO!!

Everyone works together within your group to achieve whatever task is put in front of you. The session is extremely effective at burning calories, aiding weight loss and increasing fitness, this method of training simply involves short-medium bursts of high intensity exercise, followed by minimal rest.

Monday 6:00am-6:45am
Tuesday 7:15pm-8:00pm
Thursday 6:30pm-7:15pm
Sunday 9:00am-9:45am
