Our 6 week challenge for anyone wanting to lose weight, decrease their body fat percentage and overall improve their lifestyle.

Whether you're looking to lose weight or improve body shape before a holiday or wedding or are wanting a change in lifestyle this challenge delivers!

Carried out over 6 weekends (Saturday and Sunday at 7am, you will follow a progressive training programme whilst following our 'Extreme Diet' which combined with your hard work and dedication creates dramatic results!

Throughout the challenge our trainers will support you every step of the way to ensure you achieve the best results possible.
